Aave launches new institutional RWA-backed stablecoin market

Aave launches new institutional RWA-backed stablecoin market

The post Aave launches new institutional RWA-backed stablecoin market appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Aave Labs has launched Horizon, a new lending platform for institutions to borrow stablecoins against real-world assets.  Summary Aave Labs has launched Horizon, a lending market that allows institutions to borrow stablecoins against tokenized real-world assets. At launch, Horizon supports collateral from Superstate, Circle, and Centrifuge, with stablecoin supply in USDC, RLUSD, and GHO. The platform integrates compliance, real-time RWA valuations, and institutional partnerships. The platform was announced on Aug. 27, marking one of Aave’s (AAVE) largest steps toward bridging institutional finance and decentralized finamce. Although tokenized RWAs have emerged as a link between blockchain technology and traditional assets, they have not yet been integrated into DeFi. Horizon changes this dynamic and establishes a more integrated and effective market by permitting qualified institutions to use RWAs as collateral for stablecoin loans directly. Aave is bringing tokenized RWAs into DeFi Institutions can now access liquidity without having to sell tokenized bonds or treasuries, and stablecoin lenders profit from new yield opportunities linked to institutional borrowers. Based on Aave Protocol v3.3, Horizon was designed with compliance in mind, making sure it meets legal requirements while preserving non-custodial infrastructure. Horizon’s framework supports two main groups. These include qualified investors who borrow stablecoins and provide RWA collateral, as well as stablecoin lenders who provide liquidity without requiring permissions. While lenders deposit stablecoins like RLUSD, USD Coin (USDC) or GHO and receive yield in exchange, borrowers receive non-transferable aTokens that represent their collateralized positions. Multiple collateral options and security At launch, Horizon supports collateral from Superstate, Centrifuge, and Circle, with assets such as tokenized U.S. Treasury bills and AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations. The platform also integrates Chainlink’s NAVLink, ensuring accurate valuations of RWA collateral. Risk oversight is being managed by Llama Risk and Chaos Labs, with additional institutional partners including Ripple, WisdomTree, Securitize, and VanEck. With…

What Next For Ruben Amorim After Man United Debacle Against Grimsby?

The post What Next For Ruben Amorim After Man United Debacle Against Grimsby? appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. GRIMSBY, ENGLAND – AUGUST 27: Ruben Amorim, Manager of Manchester United, looks dejected after his team concede during the Carabao Cup Second Round match between Grimsby Town and Manchester United at Blundell Park on August 27, 2025 in Grimsby, England. (Photo by Shaun Botterill/Getty Images) Getty Images Back in May, on the final day of the last Premier League season, Ruben Amorim promised Manchester United supporters that the future was bright. “The good days are coming,” the Portuguese manager told the crowd at Old Trafford, after apologizing for what he described as a “disaster season”. United finished 15th in the Premier League, their lowest league position since they were relegated in 1974, and surrendered meekly to Tottenham in the Europa League final. Three games into the new campaign and the good days promised by Amorim in May seem as far as they have been at any point in his nine-month tenure. United were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by League Two Grimsby Town on penalties on Wednesday night, only the third time in 30 years they have exited the competition in the second round. The 20-time champions of England were eliminated York City in 1995 and by MK Dons in 2014. Both of their opponents at the time were in the third tier. The debacle at Blundell Park may be even more ignominious than the 4-0 shellacking they suffered against MK Dons at the same stage of the competition under Louis Van Gaal 11 years ago. United’s starting XI on Wednesday night was worth over £400m ($540m) and included their new signings Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko, who arrived this summer for a combined £130m ($174m). Bryan Mbeumo, who joined for £71m ($95m), came on in the second half. Grimsby, who are fourth in the fourth tier of English…

Active vs. Passive ETFs: Which is Right for Canadian Investors

Active vs. Passive ETFs: Which is Right for Canadian Investors

The post Active vs. Passive ETFs: Which is Right for Canadian Investors appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have become one of the most popular investment methods in Canada. Many feel that in the past couple of years, these funds have replaced the practice of opening a TFSA for retirees managing RRIF withdrawals. The ETFs combine the diversification options and liquidity, which is what the investors are after. The main dilemma for Canadian investors is now whether to invest in active or passive ETFs. In this article, we’ll explain the difference between the two and provide guidance for investors on how to choose the one that suits them, based on their circumstances. The Canadian Context Before diving into the difference between passive and active ETFs, we should explain the Canadian investment context and how it differs from similar countries. Being pooled investment funds, ETFs trade on stock exchanges like individual stocks. When investors buy an ETF, they buy a bundle of securities, including stocks, bonds, commodities, and even other funds, without buying any of the assets directly. The Canadian financial sector is heavily concentrated in the domestic market, and this allows for diversification. Canada is a pioneer in the ETF markets. The world’s first ETF was created in Canada in 1990. At this point, Canada has about $400 billion in ETF assets. Their value also grows at a double-digit rate. The major players in the Canadian market include BlackRock’s iShares, Vanguard, BMO Global Asset Management, and new companies such as Purpose Investments and Horizons ETFs. Crypto ETFs Crypto ETFS are a recent introduction in the world of tradable assets. These funds allow the owners to trade with cryptos without buying any of the coins themselves. Instead, the value of the ETF remains tied to the market value of the cryptos it contains. For a while now, crypto experts such as Cryptomaniaks have been writing about…

Top Crypto Presale 2025 | MAGACOIN FINANCE Poised to Outperform Ethereum & Dogecoin

Top Crypto Presale 2025 | MAGACOIN FINANCE Poised to Outperform Ethereum & Dogecoin

The post Top Crypto Presale 2025 | MAGACOIN FINANCE Poised to Outperform Ethereum & Dogecoin appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. As 2025 unfolds, crypto investors are aggressively searching for the best crypto presale opportunities—projects with high upside, strong communities, and tokenomics that outperform the market’s heavyweights. While Ethereum, Cardano, and even Dogecoin are making headlines for institutional growth and protocol upgrades, one lesser-known project is quietly dominating early-stage investor interest. MAGACOIN FINANCE has emerged as the best crypto presale of 2025, with analysts forecasting a potential 8,500% ROI from its current presale price. MAGACOIN FINANCE is shaping up to be the next viral success—and potentially a serious competitor to long-standing giants like ETH, ADA, and DOGE. Ethereum: Strong Institutional Growth, But Slower Gains Ahead Ethereum remains the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, and its position is secure thanks to massive institutional adoption. As of August 2025, Ethereum is trading near $4,200, reflecting a strong 41% surge over the past month. Despite recent price volatility and profit-taking, analysts from Standard Chartered expect ETH to reach $7,500 by year-end, while Fundstrat’s Tom Lee projects $15,000 by December. However, ETH’s large market cap and slower-moving price action mean it’s less likely to deliver exponential short-term gains. Cardano: ADA’s Institutional Entry Is Accelerating Cardano is entering a pivotal moment in its history, and many are considering it among the best crypto investment options for 2025. Now classified as a commodity under the U.S.Clarity Act, ADA is no longer held back by regulatory ambiguity. Grayscale’s pending ADA ETF is expected to be approved this year, and institutional custodians already manage over $1.2 billion worth of ADA. Whales have moved over 200 million ADA into private wallets in August alone, and daily on-chain activity remains robust at 2.6 million transactions. Cardano’s ecosystem is growing, with DeFi TVL nearing $349 million. Still, despite its strong fundamentals, ADA’s price remains tethered to $0.55–$0.80 levels, far below its previous…
