PANews reported on February 4th that, according to an official announcement, BNB Chain has released new application-layer standards BAPs and the non-fungible proxy (NFA) token standard BAP-578. BAP-578 is the NFA token standard; an NFA is an AI-driven asset that can operate autonomously on-chain. BAP stands for BNB Application Proposal. It is a design document that allows the community to propose standards for how BNB on-chain applications should communicate and interact.
