Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) is set to pay its second dividend of 2026 on April 24, continuing its quarterly distribution schedule to reward shareholders.

The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, unchanged from the previous payout. The last dividend, also $0.50, was paid on January 23.

For the upcoming payout, investors must be on record before the ex-dividend date of April 9, 2026.

At a current share price of $140, Oracle offers a forward dividend yield of 1.42%, with total annual dividend payments amounting to $2 per share.

This reflects a relatively conservative payout ratio of 18.55%, suggesting the company retains a significant portion of earnings for reinvestment.

For investors, a holding of 100 ORCL shares will generate $50 from the April payout. On an annual basis, the same position would earn $200 in total dividends, assuming the current rate is maintained across all four quarterly payments.

The dividend comes at a time when ORCL stock has experienced notable volatility in recent sessions.

Oracle stock fundamentals

Shares have fallen more than 50% from their peak near $345 reached in September 2025, reflecting ongoing investor caution around the company’s heavy investment in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.

This follows Oracle’s strong fiscal third-quarter 2026 results reported on March 10, which beat expectations. The company posted revenue of $17.2 billion, up 22% year over year, and adjusted earnings per share of $1.79.

Cloud revenue jumped 44% to $8.9 billion, while remaining performance obligations surged 325% to a record $553 billion, driven largely by major AI-related contracts.

Management also raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance and said no additional bond issuance is expected in calendar 2026 beyond prior plans.

Despite the solid results, the stock has faced renewed selling pressure amid multiple class-action lawsuits alleging the company misled investors about its AI data center capabilities, capital expenditure requirements, and the timeline for converting backlog into revenue.

Legal risks remain in focus, with a key lead-plaintiff deadline set for April 6, 2026.

At the same time, some analysts have trimmed price targets amid partnership uncertainties, including reports that Microsoft may take over a Texas data center project initially linked to Oracle and OpenAI.

Broader concerns also center on Oracle’s aggressive $50 billion capital expenditure plan for fiscal 2026, which has pushed debt above $100 billion and led to periods of negative free cash flow, raising questions about balance sheet strain and the sustainability of its AI expansion.

The post Why This New Trending Meme Coin Is Being Dubbed The New PEPE After Record Presale appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto News 17 September 2025 | 20:13 The meme coin market is heating up once again as traders look for the next breakout token. While Shiba Inu (SHIB) continues to build its ecosystem and PEPE holds onto its viral roots, a new contender, Layer Brett (LBRETT), is gaining attention after raising more than $3.7 million in its presale. With a live staking system, fast-growing community, and real tech backing, some analysts are already calling it “the next PEPE.” Here’s the latest on the Shiba Inu price forecast, what’s going on with PEPE, and why Layer Brett is drawing in new investors fast. Shiba Inu price forecast: Ecosystem builds, but retail looks elsewhere Shiba Inu (SHIB) continues to develop its broader ecosystem with Shibarium, the project’s Layer 2 network built to improve speed and lower gas fees. While the community remains strong, the price hasn’t followed suit lately. SHIB is currently trading around $0.00001298, and while that’s a decent jump from its earlier lows, it still falls short of triggering any major excitement across the market. The project includes additional tokens like BONE and LEASH, and also has ongoing initiatives in DeFi and NFTs. However, even with all this development, many investors feel the hype that once surrounded SHIB has shifted elsewhere, particularly toward newer, more dynamic meme coins offering better entry points and incentives. PEPE: Can it rebound or is the momentum gone? PEPE saw a parabolic rise during the last meme coin surge, catching fire on social media and delivering massive short-term gains for early adopters. However, like most meme tokens driven largely by hype, it has since cooled off. PEPE is currently trading around $0.00001076, down significantly from its peak. While the token still enjoys a loyal community, analysts believe its best days may be behind it unless…
