Political analysts and observers blasted Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s latest "cringe AI slop" video on Sunday, promoting his Make America Health Again agenda.

Kennedy posted a video of himself wrestling against a Twinkie mascot in a WWE SmackDown-style match. It includes an AI version of a shirtless Kennedy throwing the mascot around the ring with famous WWE announcer Jim Ross narrating the events. It is also set to the metal band Limp Bizkit's hit song "Rollin'."

Kennedy shared the video on his professional X account with the caption, "MAHAMania: SnackDown."

The video was posted at a time when nearly a third of Americans have borrowed money or skipped meals to pay for their health care costs, the New York Times reported.

Political analysts and observers blasted the video on social media.

"Clownish," journalist John Harwood posted on X.

"The only way these guys can feel capable is [through] fake AI," former Republican lawmaker Adam Kinzinger posted on X. "Pathetic isn’t a strong enough word."

"For a moment I thought it was SNL," cultural studies professor Jennifer Slack posted on Bluesky.

"Americans can’t afford groceries, and because of food safety deregulation, the food we do get is filled with dangerous chemicals," Melanie D'Arrigo, executive director at the Campaign for New York Health, posted on X. "And what is the Trump administration doing about it? Posting cringe AI slop."

"Nobody needs to be told Twinkies are bad. Anti-junk food awareness campaigns don’t move population-level diet," Dr. Jake Scott, an infectious disease expert, posted on X. "Food environment, pricing, school nutrition, labeling, and access do. All being defunded or ignored, but he gets to take his shirt off again."
