WisdomTree Expands Tokenized Fund Access to Solana Blockchain

  • WisdomTree added Solana support for its regulated tokenized funds via WisdomTree Connect and WisdomTree Prime.
  • Retail users can fund with USDC, buy tokenized funds, and hold them in self-custody wallets on Solana.

WisdomTree has expanded access to its regulated tokenized funds by adding native support for the Solana blockchain, extending its real-world asset offerings across one of the largest networks. The New York–based asset manager said institutional and retail users will be able to mint, trade, transfer, and hold its full suite of tokenized funds on the network through WisdomTree Connect and WisdomTree Prime.

The rollout is part of a multichain approach to distribute regulated funds across multiple blockchain environments. With the new integration, WisdomTree’s tokenized funds become available natively a dominant network, allowing users to interact with fund positions directly onchain while also using the firm’s stablecoin conversion services.

For institutional users, WisdomTree Connect will support minting, holding, and managing tokenized fund positions on Solana. For retail users, WisdomTree Prime will allow customers to add USDC, purchase tokenized funds without routing transactions back through traditional banking rails, and hold the assets in self-custody wallets.

These features are intended to enable tokenized fund activity within a digital-asset workflow while maintaining a regulated product structure.

Solana RWA Data Shows Rising Participation

The expansion arrives as real-world assets on Solana show measurable growth. The total value of RWAs on the network hit an all-time high of approximately $1.31 billion, according to data from rwa.xyz. It now has more than 269,000 RWA holders, with 114% growth over the past 30 days, according to the dataset.

The same data source lists more than 320 distinct real-world assets on Solana, spanning tokenized equities, government debt, private credit, and yield-oriented instruments. RWA transfer volume stands at roughly $1.41 billion over the past 30 days.

In 2025, WisdomTree grew its assets under management in its tokenized funds from $30 million to $770 million, with its tokenized money market fund, WTGXX, at the forefront.

As CNF reported, WisdomTree integrated Chainlink oracle technology to issue institutional-grade NAV data on-chain, enabling subscriptions and redemptions of its CRDT tokenized private credit fund on Ethereum.

In addition, product launches have continued into 2026. Most recently, WisdomTree listed two new exchange-traded funds on Cboe, the WisdomTree Efficient TIPS Plus Gold Fund and the WisdomTree Efficient Long Short U.S. Equity Fund, increasing tokenized distribution.

SOL price was down 2.98% in the last 24 hours, trading at $123.11 with a 24-hour trading volume of $3.82 billion in the same period.

Two weeks ago, the CFTC gave Polymarket the green light to allow those very same US residents to place bets on whatever they like. This is quite the turn of events — and it’s not just about elections or politics. With its US government seal of approval in hand, Polymarket is reportedly raising capital at a valuation of $9 billion — a reflection of the growing belief that prediction markets will be used for much more than betting on elections once every four years. Instead, proponents say prediction markets can provide a real service to the world by providing it with better information about nearly everything. I think they might, too — but only if insiders are free to participate. Yesterday, for example, Polymarket announced new betting markets on company earnings reports, with a promise that it would improve the information that investors have to work with.  Instead of waiting three months to find out how a company is faring, investors could simply watch the odds on Polymarket.  If the probability of an earnings beat is rising, for example, investors would know at a glance that things are going well. But that will only happen if enough of the people betting actually know how things are going. Relying on the wisdom of crowds to magically discern how a business is doing won’t add much incremental knowledge to the world; everyone’s guesses are unlikely to average out to the truth. If…
