BxLend Announces First Token Sale and Early Access Launch

6 min read

BxLend, Europe’s emerging leader in regulated crypto banking, has announced its first presale round launching December 3rd, followed by the early access release of its platform on December 20th. The announcements mark a significant milestone for the project, which aims to bridge traditional banking with decentralized finance under full EU regulatory compliance.

Token Sale and Platform Launch Details

The $BXT token presale will run from December 3-10, 2025, on GemPad, a premier multi-chain decentralized launchpad. The sale offers early supporters access to 38.5 million $BXT tokens from the 500 million total supply, with participants able to secure positions ahead of the Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for early 2026.

Following the presale, BxLend will launch early access to its crypto banking platform on December 20th, giving first users hands-on experience with features including VISA debit cards, 8% APY savings programs, institutional-grade exchange infrastructure, and collateralized lending – all powered by blockchain technology and secured under EU regulatory frameworks.

“We’re not just launching another crypto exchange or bank,” said Kevin NG, CEO of BxLend. “We’re building the infrastructure for Europe’s financial future – one where traditional banking security meets DeFi innovation, fully compliant with EU regulations. The early access launch gives our community a first look at what we’ve been building.”

World-Class Team with Proven Track Record

BxLend has assembled an exceptional leadership team combining deep expertise across traditional finance, blockchain technology, and regulatory compliance. Kevin NG (CEO) brings over 10 years of experience spanning investment banking and fintech innovation. Safeer Ahmed (Chief Development Officer), a certified graduate of the Polkadot Blockchain Academy with 7+ years of software engineering experience, leads technical architecture. James Birch (Head of Design) is a creative visionary who has worked on major projects for global brands including NASA, Disney, and Toyota. Elvis Kolawole (Head of Marketing) brings 9 years of marketing experience with 4 years specializing in crypto, having successfully driven campaigns that collectively raised millions of dollars in token sales. Jens Kihlgren (Compliance Director & MLRO) specializes in European financial regulations, ensuring BxLend meets strict EU compliance standards.

Strategic Advisor Appointment

BxLend has appointed Ian Scarffe as strategic advisor to the project. Scarffe brings extensive experience in blockchain investment, token economics, and strategic growth, having advised numerous successful crypto projects through launch and scaling phases. His involvement signals strong institutional confidence in BxLend’s vision and execution capabilities.

“BxLend represents the convergence of everything I’ve been tracking in the European crypto space – regulatory clarity, institutional-grade infrastructure, and genuine utility,” said Scarffe. “The team’s execution ability and clear regulatory pathway make this one of the most compelling opportunities I’ve seen in regulated crypto banking.”

MiCA Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

BxLend is currently in the application process for MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) licensing, the European Union’s comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto asset service providers. The MiCA regulation, which came into full effect in 2024, establishes clear rules for crypto businesses operating in the EU, providing both consumer protection and regulatory certainty.

“Regulatory compliance isn’t just a checkbox for us – it’s our competitive advantage,” said Kihlgren. “While others scramble to adapt to MiCA requirements, we’ve built compliance into our foundation from day one. Our application reflects our commitment to operating as a trusted, regulated financial institution.”

Strategic Partnerships

BxLend has secured partnerships with leading blockchain infrastructure and marketing platforms:

Technical Infrastructure Partners:

Kraken, one of the world’s most established and trusted cryptocurrency exchanges, provides BxLend with institutional-grade liquidity, deep order books, and reliable API integration. This partnership ensures BxLend users access competitive pricing and reliable trade execution across 100+ cryptocurrencies.

BCB Group, a regulated financial institution specializing in crypto-fiat services, powers BxLend’s banking connectivity. BCB enables instant SEPA deposits and withdrawals, real-time settlement processing, and the crypto card program that allows users to spend digital assets globally through traditional payment networks.

Marketing and Community Partners:

BxLend has partnered with Taskon, a leading Web3 task platform, and Zealy, a community engagement platform, to power its community growth initiatives. These partnerships enable gamified engagement campaigns, reward systems, and user acquisition strategies designed to onboard and educate users about crypto banking features, helping build an active community ahead of the full platform launch.

“Our partnerships reflect our strategy of combining best-in-class infrastructure with proven community engagement,” said NG. “Kraken and BCB Group provide the technical backbone for institutional-grade services, while Taskon and Zealy help us build the engaged community that will drive platform adoption.”

Early Access Platform: Limited Features Preview

The December 20th early access release will provide select users with their first hands-on experience with BxLend, though features will be deliberately limited during this initial phase. Early access participants will be able to explore core exchange functionality with a curated selection of trading pairs, test the savings program interface with deposit and yield tracking capabilities, and join the waitlist for VISA debit cards while experiencing the account setup process.

However, this limited preview offers a glimpse of BxLend’s comprehensive vision at full scale. When fully operational following MiCA licensing approval in Q1 2026, the platform will deliver a complete crypto banking ecosystem including: trading across 100+ cryptocurrencies with institutional-grade liquidity from Kraken; physical and virtual VISA debit cards with global ATM access at 50,000+ locations; up to 8% APY on crypto savings with enhanced yields for $BXT holders; collateralized lending protocols allowing users to borrow against holdings without selling; instant SEPA euro deposits and withdrawals with real-time settlement; advanced DeFi integrations with major protocols like Aave, Compound, and 1inch; and mobile-first applications with real-time notifications and portfolio management tools.

The staged approach allows BxLend to refine user experience, identify potential improvements, and ensure robust security before the full-scale launch, while giving early supporters a preview of the platform they’ve invested in through the token sale.

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

The post Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto assets send conflicting signals ahead of the Federal Reserve’s September rate decision. On-chain data reveals a clear decrease in Bitcoin and Ethereum flowing into centralized exchanges, but a sharp increase in altcoin inflows. The findings come from a Tuesday report by CryptoQuant, an on-chain data platform. The firm’s data shows a stark divergence in coin volume, which has been observed in movements onto centralized exchanges over the past few weeks. Bitcoin and Ethereum Inflows Drop to Multi-Month Lows Sponsored Sponsored Bitcoin has seen a dramatic drop in exchange inflows, with the 7-day moving average plummeting to 25,000 BTC, its lowest level in over a year. The average deposit per transaction has fallen to 0.57 BTC as of September. This suggests that smaller retail investors, rather than large-scale whales, are responsible for the recent cash-outs. Ethereum is showing a similar trend, with its daily exchange inflows decreasing to a two-month low. CryptoQuant reported that the 7-day moving average for ETH deposits on exchanges is around 783,000 ETH, the lowest in two months. Other Altcoins See Renewed Selling Pressure In contrast, other altcoin deposit activity on exchanges has surged. The number of altcoin deposit transactions on centralized exchanges was quite steady in May and June of this year, maintaining a 7-day moving average of about 20,000 to 30,000. Recently, however, that figure has jumped to 55,000 transactions. Altcoins: Exchange Inflow Transaction Count. Source: CryptoQuant CryptoQuant projects that altcoins, given their increased inflow activity, could face relatively higher selling pressure compared to BTC and ETH. Meanwhile, the balance of stablecoins on exchanges—a key indicator of potential buying pressure—has increased significantly. The report notes that the exchange USDT balance, around $273 million in April, grew to $379 million by August 31, marking a new yearly high. CryptoQuant interprets this surge as a reflection of…
