What Coastal Boca Actually Costs in Current Dollars

A modest single-family home east of I-95, or a mid-tier condo with an ocean breeze, runs roughly $600,000 to $750,000. Assume you arrive with the place paid off. Property taxes after homestead exemption land in the $7,000 to $10,000 range. HOA or condo fees run $700 to $1,400 a month.
