Florida man put on spot as he brands Trump 'pompous idiot': 'You voted for him 3 times'

A Florida man was put on the spot by MS NOW’s Alex Talbott after stating he voted for Donald Trump multiple times — just before calling the president a “pompous idiot.”

Talbott was speaking with voters about the president telling reporters, “I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation,” when he encountered the man at a Lanatana, Florida gas station and pressed him on Trump’s remark.

“That's ridiculous. He's, you know, he's a pompous idiot. So you know, what can you do?” the unidentified man commented, which led Talbott to remind him, “I mean, you voted for him three times.”

“Are you regretting that vote at all right now?” he pressed.

"Eh, maybe, maybe not,” the man replied as he grimaced.

Shrugging, he continued, “You know, I'm not really decided on that as of yet So I think they're all crooks, so…” before trailing off.

A woman interviewed after him was more definitive in her response to the president's comments, telling Talbott, “He's not lying. He doesn't care about our situation. He doesn't. He's just here for pride and ego. He's not lying. And he proves it. Not only that, but also like food stamps and other stuff. He does not care about our financial situation. He cares about giving himself a name.”
