Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) spoke to Fox News during a campaign stop at a food bank on Tuesday and her condition left people on the internet stunned and starting to question her physical fitness for office.
Asked by reporter Paul Steinhauser whether her Democratic opponent, harbormaster and oyster farmer Graham Platner, would be too far left for the state, she said, "I believe that will be the conclusion of Maine voters but obviously I don’t take anything for granted."

Others on social media, however, couldn't help notice that Collins was visibly shaking during the interview.
"Paul, have you asked why she's constantly shaking (including in this interview)? And if not, why not?" asked independent reporter Ken Klippenstein.
"She doesn’t sound or look good here at all," wrote Democratic strategist Mike Nellis. "Noticeable difference from years past."
"More shaking from the Senator," wrote YouTuber Keith Edwards.
"Collins seems unwell, shaking and frail," wrote author Eoin Higgins.
"She is shaking while she is talking," wrote blogger Zaid Jilani. "Why do people this aged try to hold onto power? Just go home and relax, geeze."
