President Donald Trump's latest interview with 60 Minutes made headlines for his heated response to Norah O'Donnell's comments, but some viewers also began speculating about an odd aspect of his attire and what it means for the state of his health.

One pathologist, however, put forward a much different theory, one that nonetheless did not indicate anything encouraging about his physical decline.

In the wake of the interview, some viewers claimed that the outline of an adult diaper could be seen under Trump's pants at certain angles. This dovetailed with long-running speculation and concern about Trump's physical state and rumors about his inability to control bowel movements in his advanced age.

"Hilary M.A., CCC-SLP" is a "certified Speech-Language Pathologist... specializing in concussion and neurological rehabilitation," who has also emerged as a rising content creator providing insights into the signs of Trump's declining neurological health. In response to viewer inquiries about what Trump might have been wearing in the interview, she put forward a different theory about what the outline might have been: a hip stabilizer.

"While it is possible that he is wearing a diaper, I do not think that any diaper, whether it is full or not, could have this type of, like, outline and shape happen," Hilary M.A. explained. "I actually think what he has is some type of hip stabilizer for a chair."

She proceeded to note how often, in the last few years, Trump has been seen in setups where he would have something to balance on, such as behind a podium, sitting behind his desk in the Oval Office, or sitting in a chair with arms. The hip stabilizer might have, therefore, be needed to prevent him from falling over in the chair provided to him for the interview.

"This chair does not have arms, nor does he have anything in front of it," she continued. "I think that he absolutely cannot sit upright in a chair without the potential of falling over. So, it is very likely that whoever helped to set this up put him in some type of hip stabilizer."

She went on to compare these stabilizers to the sort of "baby bumbo" seats once recommended to help infants keep their balance when they lack the strength and coordination to do so on their own.

"I've seen the use of hip stabilizers from when I worked in long-term care, so that would be my guess," she concluded. "He always wears his jackets, his sport coats are always way too big on him, way too long, so they can cover a whole, whole host of different things. Who knows what's going on under that coat... So, great, a president who can't sit in a chair all by himself, getting closer and closer to being a baby. We are leaving toddlerhood, going right back down to being a baby. As always, Donald Trump's gotta go."
