THE Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) said Oakwave Cebu Corp. has invested over P44 million to develop an automotive wiring facility in Mactan, Cebu.
The facility, located within the 150-hectare Mactan Economic Zone, has led to the creation of 200 jobs so far, PEZA said in a social media post on Tuesday.
PEZA noted that the facility aligns with the Philippine program to boost high-value manufacturing.
PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga said the project reflects sustained investor confidence in Philippine economic zones.
