Aave Founder: Aave V4 Is Not Simply an Isolated-Market Model and Has Already Been Deployed Across Multiple Networks
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Aave founder Stani said that Aave V4’s Hub and Spoke architecture is isolated by default according to risk profiles, while markets with similar risk characteristics can share liquidity through the Hub and improve capital utilization and efficiency within predefined limits. He noted that fully isolated liquidity could lead to fragmentation, lower utilization, and higher user costs. V4 has currently attracted approximately $1.2 billion in deposits and has been deployed across Ethereum, Avalanche, Arc, and other networks. It also supports third-party curators such as EtherFi, while Spokes can directly access Hub liquidity.
U.S. State Gambling Lawmakers Urge Supreme Court to Hear Kalshi Case
According to Odaily Planet Daily, the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States has submitted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court supporting New Jersey authorities’ request to review their case involving prediction market platform Kalshi. The central dispute concerns whether state governments or federal agencies have jurisdiction over prediction market companies. NCLGS argues that a ruling in favor of Kalshi could limit states’ ability to regulate sports-related prediction markets. New Jersey authorities filed a petition for certiorari on September 2, while Kalshi is required to submit its position by November 9.

SI, short for Super Inu, was launched on the Stonk platform and draws inspiration from the “Super Intelligence” concept. It uses tokenized Nvidia shares under Backed Finance’s xStocks framework as a paired backing asset. Visa Survey: Bank-Level Protections Could Raise Stablecoin Adoption Intent From 36% to 56%
According to The Block, Visa’s “Money Travels 2026” report, based on a survey of 2,192 U.S. adults, found that consumers’ willingness to use stablecoins could rise from 36% to 56% if they were supported by bank-level fraud protection and deposit insurance. If stablecoins were offered through existing financial institutions, willingness could increase to 45%. The survey also found that 56% of respondents had never heard of stablecoins, while 64% trusted payment providers more than the underlying technology. Visa’s annualized stablecoin settlement volume has now exceeded $20 billion, more than 15 times the level recorded one year earlier.
Kalshi Files Rule Change With SEC to Launch Perpetual Stock Futures
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Kalshi has submitted a proposed rule change to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission seeking to add Chapter 14 to its rulebook and list perpetual securities futures without fixed expiration dates. The contracts would use periodic funding payments between long and short positions to keep prices close to the spot prices of underlying U.S. stocks or ETFs and would be cleared through Kalshi Klear. Eligible underlying assets would need more than 20 million deliverable shares, a market capitalization of at least $100 billion, and average daily trading volume of at least $450 million over the previous six months. Most contracts would represent 100 shares.
Zest Publishes On-Chain Proof for Bitcoin Collateral Vault Mainnet Demo
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bitcoin lending protocol Zest Protocol has published deployment proof for its Bitcoin collateral vault mainnet demo and disclosed three Bitcoin transactions and seven Ethereum transactions for independent verification. The product locks BTC in a Bitcoin mainnet vault without wrapping or cross-chain bridging and allows users to borrow stablecoins on Ethereum and other EVM networks. The functionality remains a mainnet prototype and has not yet been fully opened for deposits and borrowing. Its roadmap will gradually move from pre-signed transaction restrictions toward BitVM-based verification.
Hong Kong SFC Introduces New Digital Asset Licensing Regime and Plans Tokenized Gold and RWA Regulatory Framework

In the short term, it plans to introduce a new digital asset licensing regime while strengthening digital asset custody supervision, CrypTech market surveillance, and AML capabilities. Over the medium to long term, the SFC may establish regulatory frameworks for tokenized investment products, including tokenized gold and other real-world assets. Zcash Plans NU7 Activation on November 5, Sprout Pool ZEC Could Become Unspendable
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Zcash plans to proceed with its NU7 upgrade, after which the network will stop accepting version 4 transactions capable of spending funds from the Sprout pool. If affected ZEC is not moved before the upgrade, holders may temporarily or permanently lose the ability to spend those funds. NU7 is scheduled to activate on testnet on October 6, with a decision expected on October 20 on whether to proceed with mainnet activation on November 5. The upgrade will also reduce the target block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds while maintaining the existing halving cycle.
Robinhood Chain Stock Tokens Reach $10.4 Billion in DEX Trading Volume Over the Past 30 Days
According to Odaily Planet Daily, stock tokens issued by Robinhood and Coinbase recorded a combined $11.4 billion in spot DEX trading volume over the past 30 days, with Robinhood Chain stock tokens accounting for $10.4 billion. Uniswap holds more than 99% of stock-token DeFi deposits on Robinhood Chain, while related deposits increased 532.8% over the past 30 days and the number of stock-token holders rose 159.7%. Nvidia stock tokens alone have recorded cumulative trading volume of $2.1 billion, indicating continued expansion of tokenized U.S. equity trading activity in on-chain spot markets.
