Crusader Academy CEO Says XRP About to Explode. Here’s why

A prominent crypto pundit is telling his audience to buy XRP now. He is betting that history will repeat itself once the CLARITY Act clears the Senate.

Levi Rietveld, who runs Crypto Crusaders, posted a video laying out his case for XRP based on what happened the last time the bill moved through Congress. He pointed to XRP’s price action during the House vote in July 2025 as his main evidence.

The July 2025 Comparison

Rietveld said XRP’s baseline price sat at $2.20 before the bill came up for a House vote. He said the token hit its all-time high of $3.65 “as the Clarity Act was being voted for inside the House.” That’s a move of roughly 66% in about two weeks, by his account.

He called the run “nothing short of incredible” and said early buyers “would have been made extremely wealthy during that period of time.”

Why He Thinks This Time Is Bigger

Rietveld argued the next leg up could outpace the first one. He said the rally “will actually be significantly stronger once the CLARITY Act is signed into law as opposed to it just passing the House,” pointing to corporations and institutions he expects to implement the framework once it’s law rather than just advancing through one chamber.

He acknowledged the bill still needs to clear the Senate, where Republicans hold a majority. He did not offer a specific prediction for when or whether that would happen.

Why He Buys Now

Rietveld was direct about his own position. He said he doesn’t know if the bill will pass on July 4, but said he’s not willing to take that risk of being on the sidelines if it does. In his words, “If there is even a 1% chance that it passes on July 4th… I would be so stupid not to go in on XRP now and buy as much XRP as I can every single day.”

The Senate Banking Committee advanced the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act 15-9 on May 14, with two Democrats joining all Republicans. It was placed on the Senate Legislative Calendar at the start of June, making it eligible for a floor vote.

What’s Next for XRP?

No floor vote date has been scheduled yet, but the White House has expressed a desire to see it passed by that date. A White House official recently reinforced this.

XRP’s price declined in early June, giving investors a chance to accumulate at low prices in anticipation. The next concrete milestone is whether Senate leadership schedules that floor vote and passes the bill before July 4.
