When will I need to provide proof of funds?
When you withdraw funds from MEXC to another platform and the transfer is returned, and you need assistance crediting the funds back to your MEXC account, we may require you to provide relevant proof of the source of funds or documentation confirming that the funds were returned.
What are the requirements for proof of funds documents?
Please follow the instructions on the submission page to provide the required information. Depending on the review outcome, we may also request additional supporting materials. Final requirements are subject to the actual review.
