MS NOW hosts react to Trump's angry Oval Office appearance

President Donald Trump spent Thursday's Oval Office press availability complaining about media coverage of his inauguration crowd size, claiming it was larger than reported, despite evidence showing approximately 25,000 attendees rather than the million he claims.

Trump then became defensive when reporters asked basic questions about the stalled Iran war negotiations and timeline.

He insulted multiple journalists, calling one a "disgrace" and another a "wise guy," while accusing media of being "fake news" unable to report accurately.

Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Willie Geist criticized Trump's behavior, with Geist highlighting the "fragility on display" by a president comparing his crowd size to Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech. Geist noted the reporters asked legitimate questions about war direction and timelines Trump repeatedly established, not "gotcha" questions.

Scarborough sarcastically referenced Trump's upcoming White House Correspondents' Dinner appearance, questioning his stated respect for the press.
