The MEXC P2P Merchant Center has been upgraded to help merchants manage their P2P business, track performance, complete missions, and earn rewards in one place.

Please update the MEXC App to version 6.78 or later to access the new Merchant Center.

What to Expect?

Merchants can access the following features in the new Merchant Center:

• Merchant Tiers: View your current tier, benefits, and level-up progress.

• Missions & Rewards: Track available missions, progress, accumulated rewards, and reward details.

• Business Tools: Manage security deposits and other merchant tools.

• Merchant Support: Enjoy dedicated support services for merchants.

New Merchant Missions and Rewards

The upgraded Merchant Center introduces four types of missions and rewards:

1. Merchant Tier Missions

Eligible merchants can earn rewards by reaching or maintaining Prime or Legacy Merchant status.

• Earn a one-time level-up reward when you reach an eligible merchant tier and meet the specified requirements.

• Maintain the required merchant tier throughout a specified round to unlock an exclusive consistency reward.

• Grab additional streak rewards by maintaining the required tier for consecutive rounds. Your streak will reset if you fail to maintain the required status.

BIZ Merchants are not eligible for merchant tier missions.

2. Daily Missions

P2P Merchants can complete daily missions and unlock milestone rewards by meeting the required advertisement online duration and maker sell order requirements.

Your accumulated progress may be reset if you fail to complete the daily missions for the specified number of consecutive days or lose your merchant status.

3. New Merchant Missions

Eligible merchants will receive a 2 USDT reward when they post a new advertisement and complete at least one order of 10 USDT or more generated from that advertisement.

New merchant missions are available only to accounts that become Verified Merchants for the first time after the Merchant Center launch. Each eligible account can participate only once.

4. Weekly Trading Volume Leaderboard

Eligible merchants in designated fiat zones can compete for weekly rewards based on their maker sell trading volume.

Rankings are calculated weekly from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59 (UTC) and refreshed hourly. Reward eligibility is subject to the applicable ranking, minimum trading volume, event rules, and risk review requirements.

Reward Rules

• Mission requirements, statistical periods, reward amounts, and other applicable conditions are subject to the latest information displayed in the Merchant Center or on the relevant event page.

• Eligible rewards will be distributed to merchants' Spot accounts within the first 5 business days of each month.

• Merchants must meet the requirements for the applicable mission or ranking and comply with MEXC P2P rules and risk review requirements.

• MEXC may disqualify participants or cancel rewards in cases of abnormal trades, fraudulent orders, wash trading, matched orders, or other violations.
